traitors and loyalists*

FRIENDS.
how do we know if they're true?

how do we know if they're faithful?

how do we know if they wont leave us?

will they betray us?
will they comfort us thru down moments?

will they take no advantage of us?

uGh. it sux to know that in today's time, its soo damn hard to find atleast one, reaL, true, dropdead nice friend. u may find sum, but they leave just as fast as u have found them.

too bad, ayt? but that's reality. heck.

this past few days, many things happened between me and my friends. guy friends..most especially.
there are some who were untrue, who were soo selfish;
i call them friends with benefits..yaaah. i think soo.

they are just there when they need something--specifically material thinGs. xit. its wut i rily super doooper uber hate!!! but if u need them, they'll be busy. they'll leave you hangin.

uve been oh.sOo.gOod with these persons but for all you know,
you became friends because you have this, you have that.
blah,blah,bLah. craP!stinks!sucKs.

but ofcourse, GOD
is soo good. sUuper good. HE sends angels.

you may not realize it at first, but hey!try to think of
your friends now.

whose been helping you lately?
whose been with you thru ups and downs?

got oNe? keep holdin. tighten ur grip.
dont lose such precious people.

be loyal to them as they are to you.
they spice up your life, they can add strength to your weaknesses, they lighten up your day,
always there for you in wutever emotion you have..with shoulders broad enough for you to cry on, and arms wide open, ready to give that soothing hug! =')

now i tell you. be careful in dealing with people whom you call friends.

look aroUnd. ~.~

:c

The stars will cry
The blackest tears tonight
And this is the moment that I live for
I can smell the ocean air
And here I am
Pouring my heart onto these rooftops
Just a ghost to the world
That's exactly..
Exactly what I need

From up here the city lights burn
Like a thousand miles of fire
And I'm here to sing this anthemOf our dying day

For a second I wish the tide
Would swallow every inch of this city
As you gasp for air tonight
I'd scream this song right in your face
If you were here
I swear I won't miss a beat
Cause I never..
Never have before

silent tears.

silence covered the room

lying on my bed

scruples doomed

tears poured on my face

i was at a loss. all-emptied.

thoughts of him circled within

he's still the one i love,

the reason for every feeling.

i wanna be with you again

sit beside you and hug you tight.

i want to hear your voice,

feel your touch and soothing words

but this will never happen

you need not to know

i was stabbed..

you killed me when you gave up. :c

the art of OSHASHA. :)

The newest martial arts craze to hit the town?!?? Imported from Kobe, Japan??!Hahaha! No, no, no! The Art of Oshasha is purely Pinoy (and purely the creation of neurotic minds like mine). Although thinking about it, it may have some roots in Japan's practice of Zen. Oshasha simply means.... Letting Go. Bwahahahaha. O ano, gets mo na? From Bratty "BOO!" to LetGo-LetGod "Oshasha". Clap-clap-clap... Do I smell maturity?? hehehe

So what is "Oshasha"? Oshasha leads you to blissful tralalalas. Happiness over the silliest things, and enjoyment of the finer things in life (OKay. not quite). But practice the art of Oshasha, and you will find yourself easily pleased, and you'll discover a happier, more content, and more fulfilled YOU.

However, it is crucial to practice Oshasha only when the time is right. Discernment and introspection is highly necessary. Oshasha does not work if you are half-hearted about it. Oshasha must be seen ONLY as your reserve bullet, your final push to the finish line, your last ounce of strength. If practiced otherwise, Oshasha is unlikely to work, and you might end up disappointing yourself. Oshasha too soon and you might live a life of regret. So when should you resort to Oshasha? Only when you have exhausted all other means (without losing your dignity, please.)

Saying "Oshasha" is accepting that you no longer have control over the situation. You accept that there are greater powers over you. You realize that sometimes, trying to fix the situation can do more damage than good. And so you say "oshasha", either out loud or to yourself, and leave it all up to fate. No pointing fingers, no one else to blame. Just pure acceptance of the things that you cannot change. Taking responsibility over your actions, and being content with the way things are. Oshasha.

After a long and emotional conversation, you say Oshasha, mark it as the end of the day and retreat to bed. Then look forward to a new day.
After crying your heart and eyes out, just say Oshasha, let it all go, and move on.

But remember, don't confuse Oshasha with saying "yes". It is not a passive submission to what you cannot control. More than that, it is ACCEPTANCE. Accepting the past, being happy about it and the way things are, and looking forward to the future.

And when you accept the way things are, and see the beauty in what you already have, you learn to appreciate more, and you end up a happier person. When you're happier, others are also happy to be around you. And then you attract good things, and that makes you even happier. The Art of Oshasha. Simple as that.
